From our production site, we offer three core activities: plastic injection moulding, metal stamping and assembly (possibly in clean-room environments). Solution
Based on the requirements specification, we worked with smartQare to develop a 2k injection moulding process that combines all the product's functionalities.

Challenge
The punching of high-quality copper and nickel, equipped with special coatings for magnetic properties. In addition, this customer requested precision in dimensions, diversity in materials and optimal reproducibility.
Solution
Based on the requirements specification, we worked with this customer to redesign part of the product. We used our knowledge of die-cutting processes and material behaviour to further improve functionality and consistency.
