The new cleanroom has been delivered

The new cleanroom has been delivered. It is 4 times larger than the old one, approximately 100 square meters ISO Class 8, divided into 2 area’s, one meant for assembling, testing and packaging inherently clean work, and one for not inherently clean work like tampon printing.

Our cleanroom has been evaluated

After the commisioning last month of our cleanroom, now it also has been evaluated. As expected ISO class 7 for the intrinsic clean part, and ISO class 8 for the other area.

Tumbling/deburring has been relocated

Tumbling/deburring has been relocated, and the associated infrastructure was upgraded. Now the water treatment is on an elevated platform above the machines, and the associated drying equipment can be easily removed once not necessary.

Tool shop was upgraded

The wish to have tool shop engineering downstairs, has been fullfilled. Our crew has recently moved to the vacant old administration area. This area was upgraded recently, and simultaneously all offices on de Run 4216 have been equipped with an upgraded computer network.

Two students strengthen our toolshop

Two students from Euro-Techniek, Jordi Vlemmix and Reno Coppens have completed their education Allround Machining Fine Mechanical Engineering BBL level 3.Both gentleman have accepted a position, and strengthen our toolshop

Second 250 Ton Kaiser press has arrived

Growth in the stamping department

To accommodate the growth in the stamping department, we bought an additional Kaiser 63 Ton press. Also this one is aimed at a fixed product, in order to realize a high delivery reliability and availability to the customer.
