Waist processed CO2 neutral
Starting this month, all our waist will be processed CO2 neutral. Sita Greenlabel
CMM measurement room is sufficiently accurate in it’s temperature control.
During the retrofit of our CMM, also the accuracy of the temperature control was tested by the supplier. A number of times, a 24 hour measurement has been performed, with several measurement programs, and as it appears, our measurement room is sufficiently accurate in it’s temperature control.
ISO-14644 at ISO class 8
On April, 26th, 3 of our Arburg molding machines and 2 flowboxes are validated for the production of medical clean devices according to ISO-14644 at ISO class 8 by GFPS mbH.
125 kW cold water installation replaced
In Euro-Techniek, we use a 125 kW cold water installation for process and equipment cooling. This machine has been replaced, resulting in a further reduction of our energy consumption. Simultaneously we have eliminated a halogen-based coolant by a natural coolant.
NEN-EN-ISO 13485:2003 (medical devices).
On demand of a number of customers and the related increase of medical parts supplied by us we have successfully applied for certification according to NEN-EN-ISO 13485:2003 (medical devices).
Arburg 420C-1000 with multilift V
