We highly value early supplier involvement. This means we collaborate with you early in the development process. We don't take over the entire process, but rather strengthen your product development. Our process technologists, specialized in injection molding and stamping, advise on material selection, technology, design rules, feasibility, and long-term scaling. From startups to multinationals, and from in-house development to outsourcing to a specialist product developer, we ensure our expertise delivers the added value you need.
We translate your functional requirements into technical solutions. Using simulations and prototyping, we identify bottlenecks and optimize the design. This way, we not only help you achieve the best product but also ensure smart and efficient production, including quality assurance and logistics.
Step-by-step and clear
We work with a structured project methodology for both injection molding and stamping. We work with you through three phases:
- Orientation and Quotation: Using a technical feasibility analysis, we investigate whether we can deliver your desired product and clearly map out the terms and costs.
- Development and Testing: We create and optimize a molding or stamping tool, produce and deliver samples, and subject them to quality control (PFMEA and DFMEA). Upon mutual agreement, we release the product and provide the quality documentation (compliant with ISO9001, ISO 13485, and IAFT 16949).
- Production and Scaling: We produce the volume of product you require, with or without post-processing and assembly. If necessary, we flexibly scale up to larger volumes—possibly using automation.
