A distinguishing – and truly unique – factor within Euro-Techniek is our in-house tool shop. Here, we design, produce, modify, test, and maintain molding and stamping tools for our own use. By "in-house use," we mean for our injection molding and stamping facilities, from which we produce and deliver products for our customers.
By producing our own molds and stamps, we achieve short lead times, high delivery reliability, and control production costs. Moreover, we can intervene immediately if something goes wrong in the production process. In-house tool maintenance extends their lifespan and guarantees consistent product quality: from the first test to end-of-life.
Another key advantage of our in-house tool shop is the efficient communication it enables. Due to the (frequent) internal collaboration, there's little room for communication confusion, ensuring smooth and effective coordination.
