What are you going to do?
As a Quality Engineer, you play a pivotal role in ensuring and improving our product quality. You will work in a high-tech production environment on components where quality and traceability are crucial. You will be responsible for:
- Translating customer and standard requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 9001) into internal processes
- Performing quality analyses (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and coordinating improvement actions
- Preparing and managing quality documentation such as PPAP, FMEA and Control Plans
- Monitoring quality data and identifying trends.
- Operating and programming the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Supporting production and training employees in quality awareness
- Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues
What do you bring to the table?
- Higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of quality standards and core tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- You are analytical, accurate, and proactive.
