In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for the daily management of production and act as a link between the shop floor, engineering, planning and customers.<br>You work closely with operations, contribute to solutions, and actively participate in improving and professionalising processes within the department, combining technical expertise with strong organisational and leadership skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Euro-Techniek, around 70 skilled professionals work on leading projects within the automotive, electrical, medical, and high-tech industries. We are proud of our craftsmanship and our modern machinery. With our own stamping and injection moulding facilities, we combine diverse expertise under one roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daily leadership of the production and engineering department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ultimately responsible for the entire injection moulding process, from mould to final product<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimising production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating the maintenance, modification, and development of injection moulds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close collaboration with account management and customers on technical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring planning, capacity and delivery reliability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiating and managing improvement and investment projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching, motivating and developing employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are you bringing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HBO\/WO degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment within SMEs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrable knowledge of:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injection Molding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moulds and tooling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical engineering and engineering processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (MKG is a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insight into production planning, costs, and inventory management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organisational skills and decisive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical, communicative and customer-oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of managing smaller teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A broad and responsible management role within a growing SME.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freedom and influence on processes and organisation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informal work atmosphere with short lines of communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market-conform salary and good working conditions in accordance with the CAO Metalworking Company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Room for personal development and initiative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pleasant and collegial working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interested?<br><\/strong>Do you see yourself in this role and do you want to contribute to the further growth of our organisation?
