From Small Series to Large Volume
In our injection molding facility, we produce high-quality plastic products, primarily from exotic plastics that are resistant to extreme temperatures and mechanical stress. We develop, test, modify, and fine-tune the necessary molds in our own tool shop. This allows us to work with you with exceptional flexibility to achieve the best possible production.
We offer prototypes, initial small series with a low initial investment, and (scaling up to) fully automated high-volume production. Depending on your business case—from startups to multinationals—we offer customized solutions.
We work with single- and multi-cavity molds, always delivering the desired scale. We also expertly handle manual and automated post-processing, assembly (possibly in cleanrooms), and quality control for you. Thanks to our experience in production for industries such as the automotive and medical devices, we can meet strict quality standards, including documentation, measurement reports, and risk management. One of our core competencies is achieving very narrow tolerances, depending on the size of the product up to +/-0.001 mm.
Transfers for plastic injection molding
One of our areas of expertise is taking over molds and their associated production from companies that are ceasing operations. We assess the molds for quality, conduct thorough maintenance, perform tests and quality inspections, and put the molds back into production. This allows companies to ensure a smooth transfer of the production process, while safeguarding production for the customer. These transfers are, of course, subject to certain conditions.
