Stamping: Precision in Metal
Our stamping shop processes a wide range of metals: copper, steel, aluminum and all their alloys, as well as exotic metals like pure nickel and molybdenum. We stamp with a high level of precision, suitable for industries such as automotive, medical and electrical engineering.
In our tool shop, we develop, produce, test, and maintain the necessary dies entirely in-house. Because stamp production requires an upfront investment, we proactively collaborate with you. You can count on the knowledge of our engineers and a wealth of experience to achieve the best possible production solution, minimizing downtime.
We stamp manually and automatically, from small and medium-sized runs to stable mass production, always in top quality. Because we maintain the dies in-house, we can guarantee perfection until their end-of-life.
In our production processes, we have firmly embedded automation, quality control (using vision systems), and working according to best practices. This guarantees consistent quality, a good return on investment, and a high-quality end product.
Transfers for Metal Stamping
One of our areas of expertise is taking over dies and their associated production from companies that are ceasing these operations. We assess the dies for quality, provide thorough maintenance, perform test dies and quality inspections, and put the dies back into production. This allows companies to ensure a robust transfer of the production process, safeguarding production for the customer. These transfers are, of course, subject to certain conditions. We are happy to discuss these with you based on your specific needs.
