For Euro Plastic Technology B.V. Are we looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager with knowledge of injection moulding, processes and moulds. In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for the daily management of production and act as a link between the shop floor, engineering, planning and customers.
You work closely with operations, contribute to solutions, and actively participate in improving and professionalising processes within the department, combining technical expertise with strong organisational and leadership skills.
At Euro-Techniek, around 70 skilled professionals work on leading projects within the automotive, electrical, medical, and high-tech industries. We are proud of our craftsmanship and our modern machinery. With our own stamping and injection moulding facilities, we combine diverse expertise under one roof.
What are you going to do?
- Daily leadership of the production and engineering department
- Ultimately responsible for the entire injection moulding process, from mould to final product
- Optimising production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost
- Coordinating the maintenance, modification, and development of injection moulds
- Close collaboration with account management and customers on technical issues
- Monitoring planning, capacity and delivery reliability
- Initiating and managing improvement and investment projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Coaching, motivating and developing employees
What are you bringing?
- HBO/WO degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing environment within SMEs
- Demonstrable knowledge of:
- Injection Molding
- Moulds and tooling
- Mechanical engineering and engineering processes
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with ERP systems (MKG is a plus)
- Insight into production planning, costs, and inventory management
- Strong organisational skills and decisive
- Practical, communicative and customer-oriented
- Experience of managing smaller teams
