What are you going to do?
As a Manufacturing Supervisor at ETE Production Engineering B.V. Are you the supervisor of the metal stamping production department? This team consists of a 2-shift system, day shift, dispatch, and technical services. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager, Logistic Supervisor, and the Engineering, Quality, and HR departments.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks: managing production, optimisations within the production departments, human resources matters, and carrying out operational tasks within the ERP system.
- Managing and leading +/- 30 employees
- You are responsible for the work distribution in the departments according to the schedule.
- Process improvement within the production and logistics departments, Initiating and ensuring process improvements (e.g. by means of Lean Six Sigma or 5S)
- Conducting development, appraisal and absence meetings
- To oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- In the absence of the Logistic Supervisor, you will take over production planning, the creation of production orders, and the purchasing of materials and services. Additionally, you will inform customers and suppliers about orders.
What are you bringing?
- A completed technical Bachelor's degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Business Administration) is required at minimum.
- Several years of experience as a manager in a manufacturing company
- You are able to communicate on various levels and address people in a constructive manner.
- You have experience with ERP software, preferably with MKG.
- You work independently and are proactive, flexible and able to think in a problem-solving way.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience of implementing and executing Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
