What are you going to do
As a Process Engineer at ETE Production Engineering B.V. play a key role in optimising and controlling our manufacturing processes for metal parts. You work at the intersection of technology, quality and efficiency, making a direct contribution to improved performance, lower costs, and higher customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement structural solutions. You will work closely with colleagues from production, quality, and engineering and will be given the scope to truly leverage your technical expertise and improvement ideas.
- Guidance of new projects from order to mass production
- Reviewing and managing product and project changes
- Analysing and resolving product and process deviations
- Optimization of current production processes
- Technical support for outsourcing
- Providing documentation for the production process
- Document management in the ERP system (MKG-5)
What are you bringing?
- Technical training at MBO-4/HBO level
- Knowledge of production processes, knowledge of stamping and forming processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of the die tools to carry out these processes or to learn this
- Analytically strong and solution-oriented
- Proactive and independent work attitude
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Knowledge of quality systems
- Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC & PPAP)
- 8D problem-solving method (5x Why methodology)
